Quick-Rise Soft Dinner Rolls

Featured in: Snackable Bites

These soft, quick-rise dinner rolls offer a tender crumb and a golden, buttery top that enhances any meal. A simple dough combines warm milk, instant yeast, sugar, and melted butter, kneaded until smooth. After a brief rising period, the dough shapes into 12 rolls which bake until perfectly golden. Brushing the tops with melted butter after baking adds a rich finish. These rolls are ideal for serving warm alongside main dishes or soaking up sauces, with optional tweaks like flaky sea salt or herbs for extra flavor.
