01 - 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
05 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
06 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
07 - 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
# How-To Steps:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add carrot slices and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until just tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
03 - Add the drained carrots to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the honey-butter mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes until carrots are glossy and thoroughly glazed.
04 - Remove skillet from heat. Stir in lemon juice if using and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
